Over time, soft-tissue volume in the hands is gradually depleted during the natural aging process. As a result, the skin becomes loose and wrinkled, and veins and tendons appear more prominent. Environmental factors also play a major role in aging hands. The hands receive as much sun exposure as the face, though they are usually less protected. Sun damage causes textural problems as well as pigmentation issues, such as age spots.
To rejuvenate hands, Dr. Hussein Hashasto restores skin and subcutaneous tissue. Age spots and textures of skin is treated with laser after being prepared with creams, the thin subcutaneous tissue is then filled with fat where thin layers of fat are injected to cover extensor tendons and veins.

Fat cells are harvested from the thigh in clinic under local anesthesia ,then after special preparation the fat is injected with fine needle in small tunnels under the skin,this will cover exposed tendons and veins, then patient is advised to keep hands rested for few days this procedure is done once and fat will last for years.
Active fx ultra pulse co2 laser is known to stimulate dermis with minimal epidermal damage, where you see improvement in texture and tone of the skin with quick recovery that will not take more than one week. Dr. Hussein Hashim usually prepares the skin 2-3 weeks before laser treatment and then special creams are given after treatment .
